Members of the TACF Connecticut Chapter will be on plot 29, near wild Chestnuts From Turkey, to answer all your chestnut-related questions and show you the various species of chestnut trees in the Lockwood orchard we are using to help restore this great tree to Connecticut and the US.
The day will feature a series of talks , Barn Displays, 70 Field Plots and Exhibits, Technical Demonstrations, Plant Diagnosis and Plant Identification, Insect Identification, Activities for Kids, Lockwood Farm Walking Tour, Connecticut Pesticide Credits Offered. Full program available here.
